The board used low power 500 ns 2102's. One dip switch controlled the number of wait states to be added fro RAM R/W cycles. The other set the board bloc address. Memory protect could be set in increments of 256,512,1K-8K also with the dip switches. On the top left hand corner was a connection for a battery backup connection -- something not seen on most RAM boards.The instruction manual and theory of operation was excellent. SSM had outstanding technical manuals.
